How to Use PostFactori

Turn transcripts into multi-platform posts in seconds. Here's how:

Paste Your Content

Paste any transcript, interview, voice note, or raw idea into the text box. The more specific, the better.

Example: "In today's episode, we talked about how AI is changing content creation..."

Pick a Tone

Choose how you want your content to sound: Informative (data-driven), Funny (witty), Storytelling (emotional), or Hype (bold and punchy).

Tone changes the writing style but keeps your core message intact.

Pick a Platform (Optional)

Select a single platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Blog, X) or generate for all six at once.

Each platform gets custom formatting and character limits automatically applied.

Generate

Click "Generate" or "Generate All." PostFactori creates platform-specific posts plus AI images in seconds.

Each post is tailored to that platform's best practices and character limits.

Copy, Download, or Save

For each post, you can:

  • Copy the text to your clipboard
  • Download the AI-generated image
  • Save to your History (paid tiers only)

Export or Schedule

Go to History to view all saved posts. Export to CSV for bulk upload to Content360 or other scheduling tools.

CSV export is available on the Agency tier.

Pro Tips

  • Pull Trending Topics: Click any of the 9 trending topic buttons (AI, Marketing, Business, Sports, Creators, News, Film/TV, Tech, Pop Culture) to auto-populate trending content ideas.
  • Try Different Tones: Generate the same content with different tones to see which resonates with your audience.
  • Check Character Counts: Each post shows character count and platform limits. Green is good, yellow is approaching limit, red is over.
  • Save for Later: Save posts to History and come back to them. Edit, favorite, or bulk export whenever you're ready.
  • Use the Client Name Field: Tag posts with client or project names to keep everything organized (Agency tier).
